Al Risi
Founder and music supervisor at Groove Guild, Al Risi leads a boutique agency specializing in music supervision, sound design, and sonic branding for major global campaigns. With a background spanning Universal Music, Virgin/EMI, and Primary Wave, he brings deep expertise in aligning music with brand storytelling.
Katie Romanovich
An Associate Music Supervisor at Format Entertainment, Katie Romanovich works on major film and TV projects, helping shape music for high-profile productions. With roots in production and a passion for storytelling, she bridges creative vision with music placement.
Anita Grigore
Music supervisor at Black and White Music, Anita Grigore has quickly built an impressive portfolio across film and television, including major franchise projects. Her background in artist management brings a strong understanding of both creative and business sides of music.
Rachel McFarlane
Composer and rising talent in film and game scoring, Rachel McFarlane blends orchestral and modern sounds in her work. A Berklee graduate and collaborator with major media brands, she is building a strong presence in both gaming and visual media.
Jenaé Louis-Jacques
An emerging music supervisor working with both the NFL and DreamWorks Animation, Jenaé Louis-Jacques is developing a dynamic career across sports and entertainment. Her background in music publishing and production gives her a well-rounded industry perspective.
Celeste Debro
Music supervisor, A&R executive, and co-founder of FRSH WAV, Celeste Debro plays a key role in connecting independent artists to film and TV placements. Based in Atlanta, she works closely with major productions and is a strong advocate for emerging talent.
Reesha Archibald
Creative executive, producer, and music supervisor at A Bird and A Bear Entertainment, Reesha Archibald develops film and TV projects rooted in culture and storytelling. She brings a multidisciplinary perspective as both a creative and industry leader.
Ricardo Spicer
Producer and sync agent, Ricardo Spicer co-leads FRSH SONX and SweatBeatz, creating and placing music across film, TV, and advertising. With dozens of major placements, he specializes in crafting music tailored for sync opportunities.

MTM Writing camp
Writing Camp is a hands-on creative experience designed for artists, producers, and songwriters looking to collaborate, experiment, and develop original music in a studio-style environment. Participants will work alongside peers while gaining real-world insight into the creative process, from ideation to execution.
