Rachel Mcfarlane, Riot Games
Rachel McFarlane is a Toronto-born composer and storyteller specializing in immersive scores for film, video games, and the concert stage. A history-making Berklee College of Music alumna, she was the first Black woman to graduate with a double major in Film Scoring and Games and Interactive Media Scoring and served as the 2025 Student Commencement Speaker. Currently a Music Project Coordinator at Riot Games, her recent credits include selections for Issa Rae’s ColorCreative FYPP and an EA/Berklee Charting Change Scholarship. Recognized as one of CBC’s “30 Under 30” (2024), her orchestral works have been commissioned by the Sphinx Organization, The Royal Conservatory, and the Scarborough Philharmonic.
Celeste Debro, FRSH SONX.
Celeste Debro is an Atlanta-based music supervisor, talent manager, and creative consultant dedicated to empowering independent artists. As the co-founder of FRSH SONX, she leads a creative sync agency focused on reimagining legacy catalogs for modern media. Currently a Music Supervisor at Creative Control, her extensive credits include Tyler Perry Studios hits like Zatima and Young Dylan, as well as films like Mea Culpa and The Six Triple Eight. A Master’s graduate in Conflict Management, Celeste bridges the gap between business and artistry through her work with the SoundScales mentorship group and strategic talent management.
Ricardo Spicer, FRSH SONX
Ricardo Spicer is an Atlanta-based music industry veteran, marketing strategist, and co-founder ofFRSH SONX(formerly FRSH WAV), a sync agency dedicated to connecting legendary music catalogs with modern storytelling. With over 16 years of experience, he began his career as a marketing executive atUniversal Music Group, where he led campaigns for iconic artists such as Jay-Z, Kanye West, Rihanna, and Mariah Carey. As a co-founder of the production companySweatBeatz, Ricardo has secured over 65 song placements across major media properties, includingOzark,FX’s Atlanta, andHustlers, as well as global campaigns for brands like Nike and New Balance. A former college rep and University of Michigan alumnus, he continues to bridge the gap between classic artistry and contemporary media through his leadership at FRSH SONX and his work as a DJ and MC withAmp'd Entertainment.
Anita Grigore, Black & White Music
Anita Grigore is a Romanian-born, Los Angeles-based music supervisor and coordinator at Black & White Music. A 2024 Emmy Award winner for her work on Amazon’s Fallout, her extensive credits include high-profile projects such as Loki, Secret Invasion, Shadow Force, and Borderlands. Anita began her career in artist management at Friends at Work, supporting stars like John Legend and Charlie Puth, before transitioning into music supervision at Format Entertainment. Now a key member of the black & white team, she continues to coordinate and supervise music for major series and films, including recent work onWill Trent and Social Studies.
Katie Romanovich, Format
Katie Romanovich is an Associate Music Supervisor at Format Entertainment, where she works alongside industry veteran Julia Michels to curate sonic landscapes for major film and television projects. Her recent credits include high-profile features such as Netflix’s Unfrosted and Back in Action, Bleecker Street’s The Fabulous Four, and Apple TV+’s The Instigators. Before joining Format in 2022, she served as a Junior Agent at First Artists Management, representing a roster of elite film composers. A recipient of the 2023 Sync Con Music Coordinator of the Year award, Katie began her career with internships at NBC, CBS, and 20th Century Studios, and continues to be an active voice in the industry through speaking engagements and the Guild of Music Supervisors.
Jenaé Louis-Jacques, NFL + American Idol
Jenaé Louis-Jacques is a music industry professional specialized in music clearance, administration, and supervision. A graduate of Monmouth University’s music industry program, she currently works in Music Clearance for American Idol Productions, where she manages the complex licensing and clearing of songs for the iconic competition series. Simultaneously, she serves as a Music Admin for the National Football League (NFL), a role she has held since late 2023. Her previous experience includes assistant roles at DreamWorks Animation and internships with Sony Music Publishing's Bleeding Fingers Music and Warner Music Group.
Romar Bennett, LVRN
Romar Bennett is an executive creative strategist and music supervisor based in Atlanta, working closely with the LVRN collective. Known for bridging the gap between music, film, and technology, he currently serves as a music supervisor and is contributing to the score for the film That’s Her, starring Coco Jones and Loretta Devine. An alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School, Romar is also the founder of Kids Against Cubicles, where he focuses on global impact and creative structural innovation within the music industry.
Drumma Boy
Drumma Boy is a multi-platinum, Grammy-winning producer, composer, and entrepreneur who has defined the sound of modern trap and hip-hop. Hailing from a musical lineage—his father was a professional clarinetist and his mother an opera singer—he seamlessly blends classical sensibilities with heavy Southern 808s. His massive discography includes hits for Gucci Mane, Jeezy, T.I., Usher, and 2 Chainz. Beyond the studio, Drumma Boy is a prolific composer for film and television, with credits spanning projects like Step Up: High Water, Empire, and various independent features. An advocate for music education and business, he continues to expand his Drum Squad brand into fashion, film scoring, and technology, maintaining his status as one of the most influential "super-producers" in the industry.
Reesha L. Archibald, A Bird and a Bear Entertainment
Reesha Archibald is a music supervisor and creative executive. She is the founder of A Bard and A Bear, a music supervision and clearance firm. Archibald is known for her approach to storytelling through sound. She has a diverse portfolio across film, television, and advertising. Recent credits include S.W.A.T. and Snowfall. Archibald specializes in navigating music rights while championing underrepresented voices in the sync space.
